You shall not, without prior written permission from CricSA:

 - Use any data, statistics or match information for commercial purposes (e.g., resale, licensing to betting operators, data‑feeds) unless expressly authorised.
 - Remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices, labels or marks on the Site.
 
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all Content are provided “as is”, “as available” and “with all faults”. CricSA expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to:

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Your continued use of the Site after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
10. Termination
