The South Africa national cricket team will follow a packed, competitive schedule in 2026. South Africa will begin the year with a T20I series against the West Indies, followed by the ICC T20 World Cup in India. 

After the World Cup, South Africa will tour New Zealand for T20Is and later host Australia, Bangladesh, and England, while also touring Namibia. Before the ICC T20 World Cup 2026, South Africa will face the West Indies on January 27. In this tour, both teams will play 3 T20Is to fine-tune their squad.

In August 2026, the South African national cricket team will tour Namibia for a short bilateral series. The tour will feature 3 One-Day Internationals, played in Namibia. The series will give South Africa valuable match practice.

Australia Will Tour South Africa 

Australia will tour South Africa in September 2026 for an exciting bilateral cricket series featuring 3 Test matches and 3 One Day Internationals. The tour will take place across South African venues.

Bangladesh Will Tour South Africa 

Bangladesh will tour South Africa in 2026 for a short bilateral cricket series comprising 2 Test matches and 3 One-Day Internationals in November 2026.

In November 2026, the South African national cricket team will host Bangladesh in a bilateral series. The tour will include 2 Test matches and 3 One-Day Internationals, all played in South Africa. The series will focus on competitive red-ball cricket and structured ODI contests.

England Tour of South Africa 2026-27

England will tour South Africa for the 2026–27 series, starting in December 2026 and continuing through January and February 2027. The tour will include 3 Test matches, 3 One Day Internationals, and 3 T20 Internationals, all played across South African venues. 

The long tour will cover all formats, testing England’s adaptability in varied conditions, while South Africa will aim to dominate at home.
